Excellant hotel, with great personnel. Modern room and brand-new all around. Location near Cotulla as well as the restaurant. Also, in the middle of jackson.

All the staff were friendly and great.

A few things you should know

The breakfast was amazing with a really good variety of foods available, and staff were friendly and helpful.

There were issues with the cleanliness of the hotel and persistently noisy air conditioning units, which interrupted sleep.

I had a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again! The hotel was clean and excellent, really enjoyed it. The very amiable and amazing staff was much appreciated. Location: the venue was near to Cotulla. It also was in the middle of jackson.

The stay was lovely with clean rooms and a fantastic variety of breakfast options that kept us satisfied. We enjoyed unwinding in the sparkling outdoor pool and the relaxing lounge area during our downtime. The only downside was that the shower pressure could’ve been a bit stronger, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience! 😊

Staying at this inn with two little ones was easy! The staff were accommodating, even offering us a crib for our baby. We loved the inviting atmosphere and enjoyed the spacious room that allowed our family to relax together.

My kids wished for more activities beside the pool.

The breakfast offered a great variety, with quality food that impressed me. Rosa Maria at the front desk provided really good assistance when I had a TV issue. My room showed some damage. The bathroom had marks on the walls, concerning. I also felt that the pool area lacked sufficient shade, especially during the hot Texas days. I had a good night's sleep, but the hard beds took a toll on my back. I appreciate the efforts of the staff but hope they address the cleanliness and comfort aspects in the future.

Really good Service and Comfort Await!

The location is perfect-easily accessible and nearby Taco Palenque. We enjoyed late-night snacks too. A clean, cozy King Room allowed for restful nights. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and quality service!

Comfortable sleep in a clean King Room, but the shower faucet needed fixing.

The staff is helpful and attentive. The hotel offers an really good breakfast variety that changes daily, catering perfectly to my busy schedule. The proximity to shops and dining options is a major plus, providing great convenience after work.

The pool area could use more shade for those hot afternoons.

The hot free breakfast was really good and convenient. The fitness center had state-of-the-art equipment which was a nice touch. It's close to several restaurants.
